Manufacturing process: divided into pressure welding steel gratings and manual welding steel gratings. Pressure-welded steel gratings are formed by machine welding, with firm welding points and high production efficiency; manual welding of steel gratings is completed by manual welding, with high flexibility.
Surface shape: divided into tooth-shaped steel gratings and flat-shaped steel gratings. Tooth-shaped steel gratings have anti-skid performance and are suitable for occasions where anti-skid is required; flat steel gratings have a smooth appearance and are suitable for occasions where there are certain requirements for aesthetics.
Material: divided into hot-dip galvanized steel gratings and stainless steel gratings. Hot-dip galvanized steel gratings have anti-corrosion properties and are suitable for outdoor and other corrosive environments; stainless steel gratings have higher corrosion resistance and strength, and are suitable for occasions with higher material requirements.
Flat steel welding method: divided into plug-in steel grid and composite steel grid. The plug-in steel gratings are formed by flat steel slots, which are stable in structure and easy to install. Composite steel gratings are formed by combining steel gratings with other products, and can be customized in different sizes and shapes according to customer needs.
